Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with BINMAHMOODLLC at binmahmood.co. We appreciate your trust in our products and services. Please read the following carefully to understand our policies regarding refunds and returns.

1. Returns

Every product at binmahmood.co is custom-made to order — your name or content is calligraphed specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final once production has commenced. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or customized items unless the product arrives damaged or contains a verified production error.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a product arrives damaged or a verified production error has occurred on our end. If your refund is approved following our assessment, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item and need an exchange, please contact us at support@binmahmood.co. We will guide you through the exchange process and arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Damaged Goods

We take utmost care in ensuring our products reach you in perfect condition through our trusted production partners. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@binmahmood.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement through our production partner at no additional cost to you. No physical return is required — we will handle the reprint and reshipment on our end.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or customized calligraphy items
  • Items that have been delivered as described and without defect
  • Digital downloads and files

We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order will enter production and no cancellations will be accepted. To request a cancellation within the allowed window, please contact us immediately at support@binmahmood.co with your order number.

7. Shipping Costs

Since all our products are custom-made to order and no physical returns are required for damaged goods claims, return shipping costs do not apply. In the event of a verified damage or production error, we will arrange a replacement reprint and reshipment at no cost to you.
