- Design takes 3–5 business days before your order goes to production. Same-day or next-day turnaround is not possible.
- We follow Pakistan business hours. Requests sent on weekends or during public holidays — including Eid, national holidays, and observances — will be picked up on the next working day.
- This form does not confirm your order. Once reviewed, you will receive a personal email with your design brief and final quote before anything is processed.
To keep this a welcoming space for everyone, we respectfully decline requests involving religious scripture, political, or derogatory themes. We reserve the right to decline any request per store policy.
