- Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
- Exchanges:
If you received a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@binmahmood.co. We will guide you through the exchange process.
- Damaged Goods:
We take utmost care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@binmahmood.co. Provide detailed information and photos of the damaged product. We will assess the situation and guide you through the return or replacement process.
- Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or customized items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Cancellations:
Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order will be processed, and no cancellations will be allowed.
